  2. Super Mario 64 is a very popular platformer video game that was released back in 1996 for the Nintendo 64 System. The game set the bar for 3D platforming design high and became a standard for many games that followed it. The game was noted as the first 3D Mario game and features a total of 120 levels and many mini-tasks like catching rabbits!

We feature games with three different types of Mario appearance as follows:-

If Mario eats a Fire Flower, he becomes a Fire Mario — in this form, Mario gains the ability to throw bouncing fireballs from his hands. If Mario touches a bouncing Super Star (a rare power-up), he turns into Star Mario. In this form Mario is invulnerable to nearly everything and he can kill enemies with a simple touch. About the Wii Console

The Nintendo Wii is a video game console that was produced by Nintendo as the first console successor to the Nintendo Gamecube. It was released around the world in 2006, where it was met with wide acclaim for its unusual design and willingness to depart from the norm. The system was launched with a healthy amount of thirty titles, including Mario games on the Nintendo Wii, and was completely backwards compatible with the Gamecube titles. One of the most important steps that Nintendo took was to make their discs larger and capable of handling large amounts of game content, a mistake that contributed to the decline of the Gamecube.
When it comes to the multiplayer abilities that are offered by console systems, no system of the era could compete with the Nintendo Wii. The unusual controller, nunchuck, and motion sensor combination brought people together in their living rooms for head to head competitions for the first time in years. Combined with the multiplayer online interface, it seemed as though Nintendo had done everything in their power to improve the gamers' experience. For these reasons, the Nintendo Wii experienced an incredible launch, and has sold over 100 million systems to date.

Of course, one aspect of their success is undoubtedly contributable to the games that were released for the system. In particular, the Mario games on the Nintendo Wii helped to drive the sales of the system through the roof as many of the best games were exclusively made for the Wii. The first Mario game that fit the traditional profile was “Super Paper Mario”, which featured the ability to shift between 2D and 3D gameplay. One of the most popular Mario games on the Nintendo Wii is “Mario Kart Wii”. With your hands on an actual wheel for the first time in the Mario Kart series and graphics that brought out better levels of detail than ever before, this game quickly became the best selling Mario game on the system. One of the other hits for Mario games on the Nintendo Wii was “Super Mario Galaxy”, a space-themed game that is widely viewed as revitalizing the series. One of the other games that brought the Wii a high level of acclaim is “Super Smash Bros. Brawl”, a powerful spin-off of the Mario franchise that featured many familiar faces from the original title, and pitted them against an impressive array of new comers. Each of these games played a significant role in defining the Nintendo Wii system.

Super Mario 64 (スーパーマリオ64, Sūpā Mario Rokujūyon) is one of the first three dimensional (3D) platform games. Super Mario 64 features free-roaming analog degrees of freedom, large open-ended areas, and true 3D polygons as opposed to two-dimensional (2D) sprites. It established a new archetype for the genre, much as Super Mario Bros. did for 2D sidescrolling platformers. Hailed as 'revolutionary', the game left a lasting impression on 3D game design, particularly notable for its use of a dynamic camera system and the implementation of its analog control.

In going from two to three dimensions, Super Mario 64 placed an emphasis on exploration within vast worlds that require the player to complete multiple diverse missions, replacing the linear obstacle courses of traditional platform games. While doing so, it managed to preserve many gameplay elements and characters of earlier Mario games. The title is acclaimed by many critics and fans as one of the greatest and most revolutionary video games of all time.
